In wintertimes nature becomes white instead of green...

We hadn`t seen them often in the past.

A lot of folks triet to move their vehicles trough the high water mark.



It was a pleasure to watch them... not knowing the kerb ;-)

Instead of using dryer ways they took part in a very special job creation program ;-)

That's spectacular nature: Flensburg at high watermark.

The distance between land an water disappeares even in winter times.

Business as usual?

Business is important. But as a matter in fact urban culture creates a problem of urban housing. They are flushing.
After shopping periods they are dead as stone. Zombie city centers are results of depopulation. This effect is more and more sesn in urban center suroundings.

So some investors tries to build up a a new shopping center at corner Lundluecke/Adelbylund/An der Johannismuehle/Kappelner Str.

In fact they didn`t own the ground to build...



... after a short time ... the decision was made to build up flats... a good decision!
